Beyond the Sample -- Teaser Tuesday Proofs!

Today, we'll do something different. 

This is what a proof copy looks like. Notice the "Not for Resale" across the front (and back) covers and the spine. Otherwise, its no different than a normal book... Well, except I already know there are tons of errors in it already. But that's alright because I know the end result will be absolutely amazing. 

I've been impatiently awaiting its arrival for two weeks.Then it snowed when it was supposed to arrive and apparently these days the mail doesn't come when it snows. ☃️ (They are definitely not the Pony Express 🐎.) But, since its in my hot little hands now, the work begins again -- I get to make sure the formatting is right. Then I get to edit it to make sure the content is correct while keeping an eye out for spelling and other mistakes. Then I'll take all that red ink and make corrections on my manuscript on the computer. And then, I'll edit it again, just because I know I missed something. 😳
